Two different people on two different days this week called whatever NH resource manages Odiorne and were given the same WRONG info.  Odiorne is NOT open, despite folks being told it is.  Found out the hard way this morning!

In the past the area across the bridge and opposite the ramp has been used for launching.  Still available?

The small parking area across the bridge is blocked off. Currently there is no parking anywhere along Rt. 1A. The small parking area, off 1A, at Rye Harbor is also blocked off.

Peirce was $10. It was just that some of us only had twenties.

Not true, Mike.  It was $20.  We peered at the sign, and the 10 had clearly been changed to 20.  And there was separate sign that said $20.

So that's not the whole picture. Even though it's not stated on that list of restrictions, you have to make a "reservation". We were able to do this today with phones and credit cards but it would have been easier to do it from home.

Latest status, I was told by the seacoast office that the gate is open, no reservations during off season, but the lot is not plowed.
