  2. I am sure the Palm is a nice suit, but I don't see how it's a relative bargain at pretty much the same price as the Kokatat. (both are $900.00 give or take). Maybe when you got yours the exchange rate between here and England was better.
  3. The paddle around M'Head over to Swampscott is a nice paddle hugging the coast with lots of little play spots along the way. The front side of M'Head neck can kick up pretty good, so pay attention to the conditions. You can have lunch at RR Bistro, or for a change, across the street is PoPo's Hot Dogs, they make em every way imaginable. For a good lobster roll, the spot to go is in Nahant across the street from Short Beach. I thinks it's call Nahant Fish Market. Can't miss it, there is a little strip of stores there, and they are in the middle. No frills, $10.00 lobster roll with plenty of meat and a bag of chips. The stretch from Swampscott to Nahant is just beach, great for surfing, and at high tide, with the waves bouncing off the sea wall near red rock can be a real hoot. If you do M'Head to Swampscott and back, you can always land at Devereaux to shorten the trip if your tired, then just bring your car across the street to get your boat. If you do the one way to Nahant, the only place you can park is on the causeway parking lot for $3.00. If you don't want to do the beach paddle, you can head out to Egg Rock from Swampscott, then over to Eastern Point in Nahant, then follow that coast to the Causeway. Have fun.
  4. I'll second the Kokatat endorsement. I also have a large, I am 5'11" and 175 lbs. It is roomy, but you do want some extra room for movement and clothing layering. Better to have it too big than too small. As Deb mentioned, the warranty from Goretex is lifetime, and Kokatat backs that warranty no questions asked. It may the most expensive suit on the market, but it is the only one you will ever have to buy. I recommend the GMER model, it has, the skirt tunnel, booties, and relief zipper. http://www.kokatat.com/product_detail.asp?code=gmer
  5. Yes, the slideshow option is there. I suspect you have been just clicking on the images in order to view pictures. If you instead click on the album titles (the text rather than the thumbnail), it will bring you to the user album page which includes the slideshow option. Once you click the slideshow button, you will have some settings to select (I suggest you turn off show forum header/footer).
  6. You are correct. Folder upload is not an option. Images are uploaded so that the last one uploaded is considered the most recent, therefore put first in order.
  7. It looks like NSPN members will be making up a large percentage of those attending. Last year was great, and I'm sure this year will be even better. See you all there.
