    I'm going to the pool session this week and wonder if anyone has a Cetus MV that I might be able to try. I need to see how it rolls and if I can self rescue before I buy one. Thanks

    I have that camera. It takes good pictures and is cheap enough that it can be replace (vs the fancy Olympus that I have had in the past). I always have an extra battery as I don’t think they hold the best charge

    Prudence Where to start. A magnificent report beautifully written and photographed. I am in awe of you and your incredible sense of adventure. I have read this report while here in Iceland. Perhaps a tamer trip could be had here

    Got ya. I prefer being able to roll rescue etc so I guess that sounds like Whites but I'll do whatever. The good news is school will be back in session soon

    Boo but probably wise i desperately wanted to go this week as I won't be able to go next week and I wanted to see if my suddenly reappearing roll ( it reappeared the week you got locked out) was a mirage or was for real.

    I am just getting my boat on the car and it suddenly got dark and some thunder. Looking at the forecast I'm just not sure. I really want to go and if it was just rain I'd say who cares. Thunder on the other hand??? Is Walden even open with thunder?

    Bill I am planning on Walden. I, too., will monitor and will go according to tweets. I am flexible and will go early and read my book if its real busy. Two weeks ago they were to reopen at 2 so i got there around 2:15 and got in no trouble. Jane

    I just got to Walden 2:45. Talking with the aquatic marine control guy. They may close the park soon but the boat ramp still has spaces and he is keeping it open for boaters
