george record
Hello friends, I've looked over this forum and You Tube to finds methods and materials to repair this, but the damage is so extensive, I wonder if the effort is worth it. And advice greatly appreciated
Jim Snyder
Whether it's worth it or not depends on the value of the boat. It's hard to tell what that boat is.
mhabich
This looks like a molded ABS boat like an Eddyline or Delta rather than Fiberglas composite.
george record
Yes it's a one year old Eddyline
EEL
George: My $.02 is to send the pictures to Eddyline and ask what adhesive should be used and how it should be repaired. They must have had to deal with similar damage a fair amount over the years and historically have been responsive and helpful to owners. It may look bad, but I suspect it is not a difficult repair given ABS construction. Ed Lawson
