Bonnie, ripped up my shoulder last spring and pt worked for me. I wanted to paddle but waited untill my body said GO.Hope yur back soon!!

I'de like to thank John for sharing his unlimited knowledge of wind, waves and weather yesterday and the club for setting it up. We had a good group and plenty of food for all. Just need to get wet again soon. Oh and thanks for the Hard Knocks Award. It's truly an honor to be associated with the other elite boat and body wreckers. Thanks again.
