There is a town landing that I usually use right after the Herring River on the left side of Chequessett Neck Road. It's only a 5 minute drive from the Wellfleet town pier. This is a very protected area for your rec boat. If conditions are fine, you may want to venture out further into the harbor. Hight tide will be an important factor since it will limit the amount of cars which can park at this dirt lot. RC
