Rob Hazard
I need a factory-made bolt-on rack that can carry at least 6 kayaks and/or rec-boats on a regular boat trailer. I already have the trailer, a Load-Rite with 800lb capacity. A quick google search brought up several pages of stuff, but I can't tell from their little photos what's good and what's junk.Anyone here have advice to offer? Thanks,Rob

Rob Hazard
Thanks, Liz.I called Joel this afternoon then decided to make my own rack to carry 4 boats. If I need to haul 6 the other 2 can still go on the car. That'll work...Cheers,Rob
NeXterior
sorry for bumping such an old thread but I have a similar question. I also have a trailer but it still needs a few parts like tow bars and hitch so I can use it. anyone here who have tried Blue Ox? would appreciate getting some feedback or any recommendation will be great too. mbhazeltine
I have used parts from Magenta trailer, http://www.magnetatrailers.com/, to make a trailer - might not be the least expensive option but they have cross braces etc
