Rob Hazard Posted April 5, 2011 Share Posted April 5, 2011 Ray Pike, the Salisbury Harbormaster, announced in today's Newburyport Daily News that he will be holding a Flare-off for outdated distress flares at the Salisbury Town Pier at 10am on April 16th. RobDue to strong wind, the Flare-off has been postponed until next Saturday, April 23rd, at 10:00.It should be fun, 'cause there were a lot of guys there with their flares this morning!
