For multiple reasons I would classify this the worst boat design I have seen:

Not only is the hull design has less than optimal drag. I would say that it has to upset people that attempt to resue the crew. When they really have trouble I don't that people will help them.

Actually, as an art object,I like it a lot, as a boat not so much!

This photo showed up on the WoodenBoat forum last week. I'm sure the builder thinks it's funny, and maybe even an artistic or political statement, but to my mind it's like sending a spoof Mayday signal. What will he do if that thing actually starts to sink one day?

As a lawn or harbor ornament, it would be cute and clever. The fact that he actually takes it out on the water makes it a nuisance.
