bethany Posted July 10, 2004 Share Posted July 10, 2004 I don't know anything about this group: http://www.elenas-vieques.com/biobay.html but just did a search and found it for you -- I have been swimming in the bioluminescent bay in Vieques and it was one of the most magic and trippy experiences. I highly recommend making your way over to Vieques (island) to do this. In a kayak would be pretty amazing. You can see all of the fish and rays and everything swimming by as lit up shapes even.
