We'll be showing off gear, doing some cooking, and talking about camping in general. I have heard from several people already and would love to hear from more. While I find a lot of the Mountain House stuff is tasty (and compact which is high on my list of priorities)... I might want a little more variety this year. To answer the previous cooking question if we do something similiar to what we did last year we'll do some sort of stir fry, some type of one pot meal, some baking, and some type of soup/stew. We also brought some homemade prepacked meals that are a good alternative to the store bought meals. The store bought meals aren't bad, but they're expensive and have a lot of excess packaging.
