Joan_H
Many thanks to Deb and Bob, Walter and Jason for providing an excellent well planned trip. Deb and Bob for their co-leadership and maintaining a safe and informative course. Walter for his usual exuberance, history of the area and very helpful points regarding weather and hazards of the tides and boat traffic in the area. A wonderful day with wonderful people. hopefloats
I second that! And thanks to Jason and Lisa too for keeping an eye out for those who got tired near the end or may have strayed too close to potential power boat paths, etc! This trip worked well because the path looped back on itself so that depending on quickly changing weather or any other reasons for cutting it short presented itself, we had options. Very well planned while still flexible for each paddlers needs & interests to explore. Great way to start the season and work out the rust! Glad we got it in before all the rain this week!!! Did anybody get pictures?
