This probably isn't the right place for this message but not sure where else to turn.

I've been trying to post on the Private Trips Conference but the message doesn't post. I compose the message, the preview looks fine I hit post message but it doesn't post. Any thoughts?

lol Just another cute little "feature" of the WinTel experience, brought to you by your benevolent dictator, Lord William Gates. ;-)

PS Macs will soon run WinTel apps . . . .

AKA Billgatus of Borg -- resistance is futile; you will be assimilated.

Of course, he's now the world's #1 philanthropist, giving more money than the USGov to some excruciatingly worthy causes. That'll do a good on one your head, eh?

PS. Jerry, I don't know what the heck is going on with your account. I have looked at your account settings and they are all fine. Email me with your phone number.

Gerry and I just did some tests. I was able to login as him and post just fine. So, we decided try to posts from his wifes PC on the same network thru the same router, and that worked.

Now, as to why he cannot post from his PC, we still don't know. He has not installed any new software or any other recent changes. I told him to run the windows disk cleanup utility and clear his cookies, we'll see if that works. Very odd that he can post to the general message board and not the private trips???

running XP system tools disk cleanup apparently fixed things. Although I routinely run Norton System check that didn't find anything. very strange? but it seem to be working now

Thanks for all the suggestions

Gerry
