You're just a little short and Easterly for #1, Vick. Spot on for all the others. You gotta become acquainted with the sandwich in Bonus Challenge. You're not too far from the early-opening location in Falmouth.

Thanks for the fun, Gary! I wish I could say that I know all of them, but alas, I do not.  I am a little confused by #1, because if you mean 13.3miles and not 13.3 nautical miles, I end up at a buoy in Muscongus Bay.Maybe I am starting in the wrong place (Lighthouse in the middle of Monhegan Island)

#2 Bangs

#3 Dix

#4 Isle au Haut

#5 East Gosling

#6 Saddleback

#7 ? I guess I need to get out more!

#8 Halifax

#9 Monroe

#10 Mistake (I never did find that boardwalk!)

#11 ?

#12 Umbagog - I was there, so I should remember that!

#13 Roque Island

#14 Seal Cove on MDI

#15 I don't know where you are going, (N haven maybe, but I think that is more like a 6 mile crossing), but my guess is that you are eating a veggie sub from Amatos in  Portland

Not surprisingly, you've got the lead, Nancy. Nice work.

#1.  nm=M (International)

Bonus:  The long crossing outbound was from our S campsite @ #9. The lunch log (viz. on sat view, below) is 08°M, 0.5M from the obvious aid to navigation in photo.

Ah, thanks, Gary. I was unfamiliar with M representing nautical miles. So, now I see where you went.  I am in the lead because it's just Vick and me replying. Come on everyone, surely lots of you know these places. See if you can beat me!

Sorry, I mostly only know the pictures that I'm in, or the really obvious one, or the big private island owned by the family of a long-time friend (that is nice enough to let us ordinary mortals land on a small portion of its Caribbean shores…). So, Nancy, lead on!

I know some and could guess some but: I tried and failed at writing in white. How do we now see them in white?

I am just not much on tech....

Place your mouse cursor just beyond the clue, click/hold, then drag to the right, to highlight the answer(s).

To write in white, type a sentence, word, or nonsense letters, highlight letters with mouse, then go here:

Then choose the white box (color of text).
