If you find a Whetman belt in Marblehead harbor, that one's mine. Unless it's wrapped around a prop, in which case I know nothing about it. On October 11, 2022, having launched from Winter Island, I met Sue and Joe at Grace Oliver and together we paddled to Halfway Rock. On the way back we stopped to eat at North Gooseberry where I believe I lost the belt. That day I found a gaffer hook that was claimed by a lobsterman and an intact can of hard seltzer which I used to drown my sorrows for losing the belt. I went back twice the following week to to N.
