I've read that 303 should be used to maintain latex cuffs on dry suits. Is it recommended to apply the protection to the outside or to both out and inside the cuff?

I treat both surfaces. After a few days, the 303 soaks in pretty well then I apply talc to the inside surface. Some people treat only the exterior.
