SeaKayakNE Posted May 1, 2015 Share Posted May 1, 2015 I think someone touched on the topic the other day of the missing kayaker in the Hudson River who was not wearing a p.f.d. Seems the story took a turn for the worse and may not have just been operator error. It appears his fiance who was kayaking with him at the time has been charged in his murder!
