Annual Winter Party & Surfski Presentation by Matt DrayerCome One and All to enjoy a Sunday afternoon with fellow paddlers and friends. Let's revel in the joy of past paddles and paddles to come! Our own Matt Drayer to give a Surfski presentation, sharing his expertise and experiences, and answering your questions regarding all things Surfski!
This is a pot-luck event, so show off your cooking skills! The Club will provide coffee, tea and sparkling water, cups, bowls, plates, utensils and napkins. Members to bring a food item to share. If you are so inclined, indicate in the comments below what you plan to bring, for example, appetizer, main dish, side dish, dessert. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the premises. There is ample off street parking along and beyond the split rail fence.
When folks arrive at noon, tables and chairs will need to be set up. There are outlets for crock pots and a full kitchen, so reheating previously prepared foods and clean up will be a breeze. We will need to start cleaning up no latter than 3:30 in order to honor our contract and leave everything neat and tidy by 4:00. This includes removing all trash and recycling, and putting away the tables and chairs.
Please indicate if you are going below.
I'm looking forward to seeing you there!
Cheers, Sue
