Thanks Paul. The lead assessor was Steve Graham. Steve is from NE England. I've worked with Steve in Pembrokeshire a couple of times now and he is really great to work with. John Carmody was an assessor as well, and Nige Robinson was also involved.

Thanks for your kind words folks. Getting to 5 Star does in fact take a lot of focus and dedication, but it is in my opinion very achievable. When I started on the path 3 years ago it was clear I had a lot of work to do. I got there though, and if it's something that appeals to you, you should give yourself a chance.
