Thanks, David and all for an even more fun paddle than I'd hoped for. The conditions were good and the company great! I may have surprised more than just myself  trying some of the milder rock features. 🫣 Thank you Jim and Dave for your encouragement and pointers! The surf practice was also fun, especially finding I actually do have a low brace, at least once in side surf conditions! 😃 It was a great day to reinforce skills and stretch boundaries!

Jim, I'd be interested if this is a relatively mellow (for the coast) level 2 trip with an opportunity to use my dry suit, but I'm definitely out for rock gardening and very sporty conditions. Feel free to exclude at tge outset if you feel the trip is best headed in that direction for other people's goals. Thanks.

Barb, the foliage was beautiful last weekend. I can't  recommend a particular place to stay, but there are many hotels, motels, and Air B&Bs in Meredith and surrounding towns. It's a great area to stay in.
