This is really helpful! Thanks for sharing Fred.
See ya out there!

Thanks so much for planning this paddle Prudence!! It was just what I needed and the best day of many- being out with some of my favorite people on the ocean that we all feel at home on!
-
Me too! Thanks Prudence!
-
Nuts. I'm needed closer to home tomorrow so won't be joining you after all.
I know you will have a terrific paddle!
I will remove my name from the float plan. Thanks again for planning and posting Jim.

Thanks David! Done. Best buy for $1! (NPS pass).
Looking forward to seeing you, Jim, Karen and Sandra in the morning.

Thank you so much for sharing this detailed, informative and entertaining trip report Joe. What a wonderful idea and opportunity to have a kayaking geology educator, Dyke, come to explain how these incredible "petrified wood appearing" and other formations, came to be! Fascinating! And, a challenging adventure too boot!

I'm signing up now! Thanks Jim! Love that the tides will likely make our launch and landing sans the usual quickgoop! You timed that perfectly last time too. YAY!
-
Sounds great! I'll see you there! ?
-
Would be so beautiful!! I would love to paddle with you and have never paddled Squam Lake- not sure I've been there. It's about 2 1/2 hrs. from me. I'm still "re-entering" from our trip however, what would your plan be for times and locations Prudence?
-
I add my thanks to Joe and Bob for great planning and to ALL who come to make these midweek adventures so much fun and yes, the highlights of my weeks too! I would love to do as many as weather permits and I am open to other weekdays as well, to take advantage of best conditions, now that Joe broke the rules a couple of weeks ago and none of us suffered a "nasty end". ;-). I will look forward to your postings Prudence. Thanks!

I would love to join you!

I sadly need to bail out too. Need to recover from being clobbered by a big dog (not mine).
-
Oh no! I signed up and just realized I will be on a trip then! Darn! Sorry to have to bail out. I know you will have a terrific time!
-
WOW!!!!!!!! Great narrative and photos! And, I have to tell myself to keep breathing reading this Bob!
-
I'd love to join you for the paddling/snorkeling part and would love to watch you Coasteering, if that is even possible.
Maybe wear my dry suit!
Will be great to see you again Bob.

Any day is a good day for a lunch paddle in my book!
Thanks for planning this Joe.
See ya Friday!

What a fun and interesting day!! . Fun exploring the real working harbor of Gloucester and seeing the gorgeous, sleek “shooners” ?. Inspiring observing Stephanie and Janet practicing bow rescues and Dana helping Stephanie with her rolls. Go Stephanie!
I learned that my Cetus takes the waves great and to NOT lead her into the rocky beach landing by her bow with incoming boat wake waves!! Entertainment for the onlookers anyway. ?. Thanks so much for planning this terrific paddle Janet. -
Wonder if Lane’s Cove would not be crowded.
-
Awesome!! I would love to join you! Thanks Janet!
Do you know about this
-
Thanks Prudence.
I believe I read on the Granite Pier PAY ENVELOPE that they accept personal checks made out to the Town of Rockport for the parking fee.
It'll be fun to see you and your awesome MiL June there tomorrow Jody.
So excited to see you and your new boat Susan!
We will miss you drysuit buddy Bill.
-
YAY!! I will be there!!
-
Sounds good Jim!

He did specify “mainland” but Bold coast is that I think. Well, he sure was excited and loved reminiscing. A nice way to end a great day w friends at the ocean for me. And maybe a place we can consider for a day trip as PeterB suggested!
Thanks PeterB.
