West Beach is good. See you guys at 10am!
-
Just saw this... isn’t West beach a mud bowl at low tide?
-
West Beach or Tuck's Point up to Norman's Woe would be a great paddle
-
Anyone interested in paddling on Sunday? I’m open to anything, anywhere, and anytime.
-
WTB, Yakima footbraces and backband

I have both foot braces and back band. Send me a message -
I'm planning a paddle from the boat ramp at 1232–1236 Burma Rd Newport, RI 02840 on Sunday from 1130 - 1500. I'd like to head South past the Navy base and cover 8 miles before turning around. Light winds and favorable currents for the day! If interested let me know **sorry 2/23/20. I really messed up the date

Very last minute, but, since I haven't posted in a while, anyone interested in surfing in Newport, RI tomorrow? The forecast really cleaned up in a surprise to 4-5ft 10sec with <5mph winds cross/ off shore. If you're up for the drive, the Newport beaches are excellent for surfing! There is also fantastic rock play off First Beach when the swell direction is right! I will plan to check out both Second and First (aka Sachuset and Easton's) beaches around noon-1pm.

Latest update on buoy 44013 is barely 2ft. I’ll save my energy for surfing in newport tomorrow! If you’re interested in coming down to Rhode Island tomorrow let me know! Forecast is 3-5ft 10sec
-
The buoys are only reading 3ft @9s right now... not sure if it’s worth it. Usually they need to be 5 or 6ft to get any good surf in Nahant
-
Thanks, but it’s in my room at Roger Williams U currently! See you tomorrow at the pre-easter paddle though
-
Chubb outlet will be ripping tomorrow after 1pm... fun spot close by West Beach
-
Anyone interested in surfing Easter Sunday around 2pm? Hopefully this can work around any brunch or dinner plans for the day. Forecast in Nahant is solid 2-4ft @ 8sec with very little wind. Unfortunately, my white water kayak is in Rhode Island so whoever comes can laugh at me trying to do tricks in a Romany.
-
I'll be there for paddling ... but no PPPO for me
-
I'm planning a 'between the snow storms' paddle for Sunday (3/3) around 10am out of Bristol RI heading South towards Newport RI. Anyone interested let me know. We can launch right from Roger Williams University. Alex

Bluetooth waterproof headphones. They are great!
-
Never! I’m busy listening to music while I paddle.
-
-
Going for a later start... I’ll be arriving in Nahant around noon buoys are currently reading 6ft 10sec. Expect half that on Nahant Beach

Surf forecast looks great for a little surfing in Nahant on Tuesday! I’m going to park at the Tides restaurant and surf from about 1000 to 1230. Bring short boats if you’ve got them!! current forecast is 3-4ft @ 9sec

My drysuit finally got delivered so I’ll be paddling every day this week.. Monday my plan is to launch from Dead Horse Beach in Salem at 0900. I’m going to head up the coast towards Gloucester and i’ll probably make it to about Normans Woe- but maybe farther. This will be about 18nm and I plan to maintain a quick pace! If you’re interested in joining, all are welcome!
