I'd like to launch from my boat off Misery. Can anyone tell me or point me to a resource for how the moorings are assigned (any public or reserveable)? I've seen blue, white, and orange -- do they have different ownership / rights? Thanks. - RA

Can anyone give me advice on nice places to go for a day paddle on some fresh water this summer? I am generally an ocean person, but want to mix it up a little. I did a search and don't see any discussion of Winnipesaukee on the message board. Is it a nice paddling destination? Can one use their own boat or are there rules that seek to keep out harmful organisms? Advice or interest in joining are welcome (I'm a level 2+)! Thanks. - Robert
