Yes, 95% of the tape is the basic extended paddle roll coming up on the back deck using Greenland and Euro paddles. Jay`s method of teaching yourself is very helpfull and tape is not at all dogmatic. {IMO}

Jay Babina`s " Ist roll " video / dvd is very helpfull. You can get it from Newfound Boats website (NH) or directly from the Outer Island website. Lots of Conn Yak folks in the video as well. Check it out....
