short tow

if the orange boat is the assist in a prolonged tow of the black boat, the contact tow can be rigged so that neither the assist nor the victim can capsize. this free's up the assist so that they can solely lend aid to the victim with little other concern.

run the contact tow from the outside deck line of the assist, under the inside deck line of the assist and the victim and then around the outside of the victim and back again under the inside deck line of the victim and assist to clip back into assist....a lot to do if you need to run this fast, fast, fast but if you're going to need to stabilize for awhile, this is very secure.
