June Hi June: Since the weather is predicted to be better on Wednesday, we have decided to go then. We are planning on BIB at 11:00. Hope you can make it next time. chetpk
A moderate paddle around the ususal haunts of this beautiful area. Destination decision by suggestion, tides, weather. Bill Looking at the tide chart, not sure it will go all the way around Gerrish as it will be to low in the back part of Chauncey Creek I'm guessing, but I am still interested and plan on making it. Not a definite, but don't have any glitches as of now to prevent making it. Scott K.
Gcosloy
I'm pretty sure you're right Scott. LT is about 1PM. An alternative might be to leave Seavey Creek on the ebb, head South down to Wallis Sands playing the rocks for those inclined and return on a following sea and wind coming from the South about 2pm and move back to the put-in on the flood. I'm so into energy efficiency!
