Doug Posted July 23, 2010 Share Posted July 23, 2010 A special note of accomplishment should be recognized that club member Jon Kilroy, after paddling over 500 miles of big seas in the Western Coast of Vancouver Island, boarded a plane last Friday night landing in Boston Saturday morning after thunderstorm delays. With only a couple hours of sleep and barely making it to the start of the race, Jon finished 3d in the Sea Kayak division of The Blackburn Challenge. Way to go Jon.
