Adam Bolonsky
Hi Ralph, there's still room. Liz Neumeier, however, is the one to email for directions, as she's the ower of the NSPN clubhouse (i.e., her home) and has specific places where she wants everyone to park. See you on 11/20! jason
If there is space I would like to attend. The event sounds like a lot of fun. Thanks -Jason
mariagwyn
Okay, fair enough. Wasn't thinking of the Atlantic in the dead of winter as much as the Atlantic right now. And "toasty" might be a bit of an exageration, but given my New Year's dip in the North Pacific, only a bit.Maria

Rick
Hello,I'm new to NSPN and would like to participate in this workshop. This is my first year of paddling with any regularity. I have a drysuit and some cold weather gear, however haven't used it yet. Would be nice to be able to try it out in a controlled atmosphere. (Meaning someone can save my butt if it starts to freeze.)Any room left for a novice?
bob budd
In case you haven't read the various drysuit threads recently posted I'd suggest you put the suit on and go to a nearby beach. If it's new you'd know that there may be leaks. If it's used it may leak. If you are near Lanes Cove it is an ideal spot to try out a dry suit as it is very protected. That is, if the surf at the beach leaves you feeling exposed while alone there are no issues and plenty of cold water there. You'd also get to dry run the directions, so to speak.
