alcoons
2 hour paddle down the Charles and back from Charles River Canoe and Kayak (http://paddleboston.com/boston/directions.php) past Harvard Stadium on Solder's Field Road. Pretty much non-stop each way with very short rests. Longer rest at turn around (BU)? Moderate pace for Sea Kayaks = Level 3 Minus pace. See http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=3189063 Unless weather changes, I will launch at 1:30 sharp solo or with others. Hope some others can join in the fun? Not a level 3 trip. Just want to keep a constant pace much like a level 2+/3- trip to ensure a reasonable workout, rather than a meandering, constantly stopping trip. Doesn't mean we cannot pause to see something, but not every duck. Al
