Harbor traffic is counter clockwise for all motor boat and sail traffic in the restricted navigational area. A few kayak and canoe vayages have been terminated by public safety at least one kayak was escorted from the fish pier to logan by direction of the captain of the port many vessels have been boarded many vessels have been detained The fast ferries and other large boats have a blind area of over 50 feet in front of them so there has been a few close calls. There are many beautiful boats to see If you move in a large pod it may be looked at more favorably There has been many near misses unfortunately.
