glad Posted March 14, 2009 Share Posted March 14, 2009 Meet at Conomo Point at 1200p on Sunday for first season's paddle for some of us. This will be a shake-down, nature, laughing, leisure cruise. Of course Leslie will be there so we'll be chasing after her. Figuring on a 3 hour-ish paddle. Could be longer depending. We are thinking of staying within the basin but that could change. The water is very cold. Dry suits required and other cold water gear, skills required. Conditions when checked yesterday called for very little wind and temps in the 50's. I am in--Gene, we can launch from the second boat launch at the end of the Pt. if the waters are too shallow to launch at the first boat launch.
