Splendiferous!!!

Just for educational purposes so folks can compare marine forecasted conditions and buoy info with what you experienced, would you mind describing conditions encountered?

I will guess that by staying close to shore and wandering about ledges you were in a wind shadow of shore most of the time, but wind was not too bad regardless and the sea state was some modest swells from south providing fun surges around the ledges.

You heard it here second. :captain:

seas 2-3 feet

winds: 5-15 knots s-sw, diminishing in late afternoon

high tide 11:30-ish

air temps: 45 shooting up to near 60 in mid afternoon

water temps: cold

Splendiferous indeed!
