Guest guest
I'd love to see 2 or 3 non pasta diner instructions posted here. Maybe you guys should produce a kayakers' cook book.
bob budd
Something with Sea Bass?
rick stoehrer
too tough, weathered and downright gamey to be considered fine dining. maybe when it's caught young it'd be okay, but once it acheives maturity (and then some); a little on the ripe side? there may not be a strong enough marinade.do like the idea of a cookbook though for those of us that can read (although slowly and with lips a'movin') but can't really cook.talk about an invitation for suze and jonathon..... Guest guest
I also do not like Sea Bass, it always seem to have a Slightly Soiled taste.
rick stoehrer
...and not a pretty fish - a face only a momma sea bass could love.fast dang things though. the very reason some boats have such large motors - you need a big engine to catch 'em. PatE
I was thinking of this same thing, as I missed the kayak cooking class last night. For those of you who attended, how was it? I was hoping some of the recipes that were offered up could be posted, scanned or compiled and sent to interested members?Pat
