Annual General Membership Meeting

2008 Annual General Membership Meeting

Where: Gould Barn

End of season Paddle to follow at Pavillion Beach.

When: October 4, 2008

Time: 9 am - 12 pm

Refreshments: Coffee & Donuts will be provided

Basic overview:

The Board will be reviewing the previous year and plans that are being made for the coming year. All are welcome to discuss where we'd like the club to head in the upcoming year. Pack your gear & a lunch too because, following the meeting (weather permitting), there will be a paddle from pavillion beach!

Also...for those of you who missed the opportunity to get an NSPN 10th Anniversary T-shirt* at the solistice paddle, they will also be bought to the meeting. (*sold while supplies last)

Special Note! This event cooincides with Topsfield Fair's Opening Day! In order to avoid the parade, it is recommended to come by way of 95 rather than by Rte 1.

From the south, take I-95. Follow that to Exit 51, merge onto Endicott Rd toward Topsfield. Continue on Washington Street. Stay on Washington street as it turns to right. Take a slight right onto High Street Ext. Slight right to High Street/RT 97. take a SHARP left onto East Common St and park in the lot on the right that is for the Emerson Center/Congregational Church and park in the lot on the right that is for the Emerson Center/Congregational Church.

From the north, take I-95 south to the Topsfield Rt. 97 exit. Proceed to Congregational Church on the right and Town Common on the left. Make a left turn onto Route 97 East, for 1/2 a second and then take a SHARP left onto East Common St and park in the lot on the right that is for the Emerson Center/Congregational Church.

There is some parking on the street or at the far left end of the church lot closest to the Barn.

FYI, due to a work obligation later that morning, our "butts-in-boats" time for the meeting will be right at 9am.

Unfortunately I wont be able to make the meeting but would like to get out on the water. What time is the actual butts in boat time at Pavilion beach ?

Barry,

No set time for BIB at this time. The meeting is scheduled till noon, but probably won't last that long. It's then @ a 20 minute ride from Gould Barn to Pavilion, so people and boats will most likely start appearing at Pavilion noon--ish, possibly a bit before.
