NOAA nautical charts are available online at: http://www.state.ma.us/mgis/noaacharts.htm You'll need to download them in TIFF format, so one needs a program that can open TIF. (Photoshop or even Graphic Converter at http://www.graphic-converter.net/ will do the job fine).
