LT 4:45 and HT 11:00AM Meet at Lanes Cove 9:30AM Launch at 10:00AM. Go thru the canal at slack, get a little help from the ebb leaving the harbor and SSE wind at your back all the way to the gap. This is a moderate traversal 3k/hr. With stops back at Lanes by 5:00PM. I'm slow but I think I have enough endurance for this. Previous distance was 17+ and I know I could do more.
