brwells
On Saturday the workshop was held; mostly outdoors because of the beautiful weather. Great attendance and a full three hours with pizza at the end. Thanks to Al for his entertaining talk and keeping us on schedule, Cathy, Kevin and Gillian for their expertise and a perfect demonstration of the "pay it forward" philosophy. And thanks Heidi for helping set up the barn. We all hope to see many of the newcomers at the special pool session on May 10 (check the calendar) and out on the water. dbibby
I would like to say thanks to Al, Cathy, Kevin, and Gillian for putting on the event. I found it very informative and something very useful to new kayakers. Wish I attended last year. Along with the knowledge absorption it was great meeting people in the kayaking community. Hope to see you all again.

Great Job!
