Adam Bolonsky Posted March 7, 2008 Share Posted March 7, 2008 Assuming her distant land-based crew was measuring her progress in nautical miles, looks like Kristen averaged 7.7 kts in spurts during the last leg of the Challenge Race down along the Gulf Coast. She finished the 300-mile race in five and a half days. Wow! She was carrying camping gear and supplies the whole way, and used a sail whenever possible.
