Reed's Almanac East Coast 2003 Problem

For folks who use Reed's Nautical Almanac, East Coast Edition, 2003, to calculate tidal current information:

The Boston Harbor (Deer Island Light) tidal current table is incorrect. The almanac accidentally included the 2002 data instead of 2003. This is the primary station for locations from the Merrimac River south to (I think) Cape Cod, so you can't determine tidal current data for any location in that region.

There is an erratum on this, and it should have been included with the almanac, but was not when I bought mine.

If you need the erratum, you can call Reeds at 1-800-995-4995 and they'll send you out the corrected table.

I wouldn't want anyone calculating slack at the mouth of the Merrimac and arriving there at max ebb, or vice versa. ;)

Ciro.
