lheath Posted May 1, 2007 Share Posted May 1, 2007 The Recipe that Peter and Joe were raving about: 2 Avocado's (diced)1 Pressed Garlic Clove1/2 Teaspoon of Coarse Salt2 Plum tomatoes (diced)2 Minced jalopeno chiles ( remove seads for less heat)1 small red onion (diced)1/2 Cup cilantro (cut in small pieces)2 Tablespoons of lime juiceMix and serve with any kind of chips or crackers.
