bob budd Posted March 28, 2007 Share Posted March 28, 2007 Somewhere in the now missing thread, as I recall, someone implied that the registrar had implicit authority at a pool session. This is not the case, any more than anyone has the authority to approach another with their concerns. This year registrars are not turning in sign-in sheets so a registrar could limit their involvement to fielding e-mails, constructing the lists for the ACA report submittal, and collecting and delivering the checks.
