Joseph Berkovitz Posted February 15 Share Posted February 15 I bet @Stephen Lessard can shed some light on this since he lives there—but the note seems pretty clear that they want to continue the present services, so I don't see a problem offhand. I have seen sailboat people at the shipyard in the past and they need much the same thing as we do: parking, shower/bath, reasonable prices.
