Blackburn Challenge Lodging

Looking for some local knowledge suggestions.

Most years I race in the Blackburn I rent a place in Ipswich but that appears to be booked along with A LOT of other places.  Before I pull the trigger on a motel like option, does anyone know of a 1br apt./cottage for rent 7/16-7/18?
