David M Posted June 23, 2020 Posted June 23, 2020 Thanks for posting these Dan! The course description of the first three look perfect for sea kayakers. Quote
Sue H. Posted June 23, 2020 Posted June 23, 2020 Thanks Dan ! Unfortunately I was not available last night for basic weather, but likely a repeat of other workshops. I plan to register for some of the others and I passed this info on to my brother, who recently bought a fancy power boat. Needless to say he does not drive a hybrid car ! Quote
eburgess Posted June 24, 2020 Posted June 24, 2020 Thanks for posting, Dan. I signed up for all three and attended the first one last night. Great presentation! Quote
Dan Foster Posted June 24, 2020 Author Posted June 24, 2020 I also found it really helpful, and it was great to be able to ask questions directly to the guys who create our local weather. I'll try to post the YouTube versions once they get the recordings online. Here's a screenshot I took so I could go back and learn more about how winds spiral into and out of low and high pressure areas. Quote
