I think I can definitively identify 2, 4, 12, 14, and 19, and have guesses for 6, 16, and 18.

Cant see the answers but I guessed 2,3,5, 7,8.9, 13, 15, 18.  and a couple I'd have look at a chart just cuz I can't remember the name of the island, but I did get the body of water
