bob budd Posted December 6, 2005 Share Posted December 6, 2005 More than once in Maine this summer and fall the facility of culling the mussels clinging from the rocky shores for dinner came up. I happened across the following recipe. While the cream sauce is a bad idea for me when camping the techniques for preparing the mussels are useful both camping and at home and one can adjust the recipe toward a different sauce.
