You can also find clips of each section posted but I really enjoyed watching all at once. As a side note, RCC is the club that Sean Rice trained with over the winter and this has been an outstanding year for him, competitively speaking. Sean is actually going to be in Newport this coming weekend for the Battle of the Bay race on Saturday morning + clinics Saturday afternoon and Sunday.
