Doug Posted April 26, 2013 Author Share Posted April 26, 2013 TRIP UPDATE: Friday 9amRye Harbor to Jenness Beach is only 1.5 miles so we will most likely paddle down to N. Hampton if the group is in agreement.This will make the total round trip 8 miles give or take.Swell reduced to 2.5 ft.I'm guessing there will be 2-2.5 ft clean surf with 5 mph winds out of the south.This means very calm conditions out there.I'd call this an L2-L3 trip by normal ratings but the cold water factor, basic trip safety knowledge and rescue ability lifts it to L3.This will be an excellent day for those of us that haven't been out in a while.Dry suits or equivalent required.The plan is to stop for refreshments at some point where and when the group decides.This will be a CAM format with beach briefing at 11am at our boats ready to go.Launch Location: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=5198227Doug Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
