Shake Out Paddle - Sunday 5/13

Sunday May 13, is suppose to be sunny and warm. Anyone interested in a easy-moderate paddle at 9 AM? The Charles River Basin? Other location?

Here is a proposal but I am flexible:

Date: Sunday 5/13

Launch Time: 9 AM

Location: Magazine Beach, Cambridge. The new parking lot closest to the BU Bridge. As you come down Memorial Drive from Harvard Square it is the last right before the bridge.

Pace: 2 1/2 to 3 hours of relaxing joy. Easy to moderate pace. L2. Should have a sea kayak or be able to keep up.

Route: Magazine Beach through Charles River Basin to the locks. Maybe through the locks to the Constitution (cold water) but not planning on it. Return with stop at the Hatch Shell.

Anyone interested? If there are some takers I will formalize the details. Just need one other to do this trip.
