Suz Posted March 4, 2011 Share Posted March 4, 2011 Couple of fellow paddlers and brothers, John and Demos Regas, have a wonderful restaurant in Portland that I highly recommend. http://www.emilitsa.com/Went up there with a small group and we enjoyed all the fabulous concoctions that Demos cooked up for us. From the appetizers of a wonderful bean puree - Fava Santorini and smokey grilled Octopus to simple and fresh Sea Bass filleted at the table. The desserts were extraordinary and complete with Greek coffee.So, if you are in the area and are looking for a special evening, definitely plan to go in.
